In addition to 24-hour access to ca. 2 million volumes, and around 1,000 work spaces, the Library also offers a wide variety of special services to students:
- Electronic Resources
In addition to subject article databases, eBooks and eJournals in the digital library, we have other electronic offers, such as free access to the Literature Management Programs Refworks and Bibliographix. - Inexpensive Interlibrary Loan
In case you cannot find a book or article in the Konstanz Library, then you can order the material you need through interlibrary loan. You only pay 50 cents per order instead of the full fee of 1,50 Euro. The difference will be covered by tuition fees. - Personal Advice
Can be obtained at the Library information desk or, for specialist questions, through the subject librarians. - Courses in Information Competence
Every semester the academic subject librarians offer courses in information competence. You can learn the basics of literature research, evaluation, management and much more The current offers are in the course catalogue.
