The library offers a wide array of free services for all academic faculty. Young academics are especially encouraged to use these services. Junior fellows, who are still developing their academic career, need special services and resources so they can fully concentrate on their research. The library has a special commitment in supporting these fellows.
- Personal contact person
Subject librarians are available to young academics to answer any questions about obtaining documents and/or information. You can ask about: requesting material, receiving support from subject researchers, training your students in information competence, commissioning research, etc. Just ask!

- Document delivery Service
Journal articles and contributions in anthologies, that are not in the University of Konstanz collection, can be quickly and easily ordered over the subito delivery service. Unfortunately, electronic delivery is currently only partially available. In addition there is, of course, the conventional interlibrary loan free of charge.
For articles and books within the University of Konstanz collection there is KonDoc the free scan and delivery service, with which you can order the desired documents directly out of the catalogue.
